Holly Curry

In order to enhance the many benefits of cooking with Miele products, Miele saw the need to add accomplished individuals who can both talk about the advantages of Miele products, while creating captivating culinary presentations for customer cooking demonstrations and dealer product training sessions.

Holly Curry is one of the Home Economists at Miele where she conducts product cooking demonstrations and classes, develops recipes for our website, and caters for company events. She is also be available to answer culinary or product-related inquiries through this form.

Growing up in a family rich in European culinary traditions, Holly Curry realized her love and passion for cooking at a very young age. At the age of ten, she received her first cookbook, by age eleven, she was preparing the family's dinner.

Holly has always been a culinary resource for her friends and family. These experiences led her to realize that she wanted to share her passion for food with others.

Holly's culinary influences have been broadened by life experience. She has been fortunate to work for many talented chefs who were willing to share their expertise with her because of her enthusiasm and desire to learn. Under their tutelage, she gained the skills necessary to become a culinary professional.

Holly has honed her talents working in top restaurants in New Jersey and Florida in such varied positions as Restaurant Manager, Head Chef, Sous Chef and Pastry Chef. She has been involved in seasonal menu development and product development. One of Holly's areas of expertise is food presentation and food styling. She has also taught cooking and culinary techniques classes for Williams-Sonoma of Princeton.

Holly attended Middlesex County College, training in Commercial Cooking and Baking and Professional Culinary Techniques. She is certified by the National Restaurant Association as a Food Safety Handler.
