These intimate 12-course Omakase-inspired dining experiences are paired with an eight-part film series that explores the ingredients and artisanal practices that inspire each course.
Chef Kyle Connaughton - Single Thread Farm
As the owner and chef of three Michelin-star restaurant SingleThread, Chef Kyle Connaughton redefines the concept of 'farm to fork'. He actively embraces biodiversity - reducing food waste and non-renewable energy consumption. Sourcing vegetables harvested from his own five-acre farm, Chef Connaughton expresses a moment in time... connecting guests to the here and now through cuisine.
It's this never ending quest to do and be 'better' that Chef Connaughton shares with Miele. A refusal to compromise when it comes to honoring our planet and its inhabitants. World-renowned Chef Norbert Niederkofler takes inspiration from nature of South Tyrol, where he is from – advocating for sustainability through the ethical sourcing and cooking of ingredients. Launching a new gastronomic revolution coined ‘Cook the Mountain’, Chef Niederkofler is relentless in his pursuit of meaningful innovation.
His philosophy is built around respect for people, produce and our planet, mirroring Miele’s ethos of performing better with less, avoiding waste, optimising supply chains and achieving quality without compromise with products that last.
