Miele Expands Refrigeration Portfolio with PerfectCool

Miele is expanding its refrigeration portfolio by adding further models to its new PerfectCool series. The new refrigeration products include a 24” refrigerator column and 24” freezer column that complement the 24” bottom-mount launched earlier this year. All units are characterized by their high-end product specifications, compact size and clever design.

PerfectCool refrigeration features PerfectFresh drawers, a special cooling zone, that allows for optimal food preservation for a variety of different foods, including meats, vegetables, and fruits. Throughout the rest of the interior, DynaCool technology circulates a uniform distribution of cool air. Furthermore, along the door, dairy and eggs are stored securely in the dishwasher safe, Comfort Clean Shelves.

The PerfectCool refrigerators contain FlexiLight shelf mounted LED lighting to allow for easy view of the entire contents of the unit. The lighting system complements perfectly with the LED lighting found in the freezer unit. This results in a harmonious design in a side-by-side combination in which a refrigerator and freezer stand next to each other - particularly with respect to the matching touch controls on both models. All key functions are directly accessible from the clear and concise controls. This demonstrates the clear and intuitive user interface philosophy which Miele customers have come to cherish and rely on, and further exhibits the level of quality control that Miele excels at; the touch controls were developed and are produced by Miele at its own electronics plant in Gütersloh, Germany.

The NoFrost technology, found in the freezer units, prevents the formation of ice by circulating air, rendering manual defrosting unnecessary and allows food to be stored safely for longer periods of time.

With offerings that cater to narrower cabinetry designs, the PerfectCool assortment will allow for increased flexibility in European-style designs and compact kitchens.
