Modern design, powerful and flexible: The New Miele Duoflex HX1 Cordless Stick Vacuum
Intuitive and stylish design concept for vacuum integration into any living space
With the launch of the Duoflex HX1, Miele, the world’s largest manufacturer of premium domestic appliances, is setting new standards in the world of cordless stick vacuums. At an entry-luxury price point, this product excels in terms of its design as well as its innovative features which make vacuum cleaning both high-performing and efficient.
An outstanding and practical feature for the Duoflex HX1 is SpeedLock with the matching wall bracket.* With a flick of the wrist, users can seamlessly transform the unit from a traditional stick vacuum cleaner to a practical hand-held unit. When the PowerUnit is pulled upwards out of the SpeedLock wall holder, it is ready for use as a more compact hand vacuum immediately, leaving the suction tube secure in the bracket for a quick clean. To work with the suction tube for more extensive cleaning of floors, users simply pull the unit forward to release the entire unit from the wall bracket.
The vacuum’s cleaning performance is a result of its Digital Efficiency motor in combination with the highly effective mono-cyclone design, also known as Miele Vortex Technology. This is further supported by the new, powerful Multi Floor electrobrush. Its roller brush automatically detects the type of floor covering and, on hard floors, reduces speed, saving energy and conserving battery power.
The Duoflex HX1 operates using a highly effective two-stage filter system. Coarse and fine soil is filtered out in the first stage in the pre-filter. The coarse debris collects in the dust container, while the fine dust passes through to the second stage of filtration. Here, even the finest of particles are captured by the fine dust filter. This filter system retains 99.99 percent of fine dust, leaving ambient room air even cleaner.
The tried and tested ComfortClean function ensures convenient filter cleaning. This way, suction power remains consistently high, and time-consuming washing of the fine dust filter is not necessary, so that the Duoflex is always ready for use. When emptying the dust container, dust is released simply and hygienically at the touch of a button (Twist2Open).
The lithium-ion battery masters everyday cleaning tasks with ease. The Duoflex HX1 provides up to 55 minutes of cleaning at the lowest setting.
“Miele has been a pillar in the floorcare space with offerings for every household need – from bagged and bagless canisters to robot vacuums and now expanding our brand presence in the cordless stick vacuum category,” said Kelly Lam, Vice President, Marketing at Miele USA. “Thanks to a range of colors, customers can easily integrate the Duoflex HX1 into their living spaces.
