Fault code 1.3.14 Server fault

When adding a new Miele domestic appliance, fault code 1.3.14 appears along with the message Please try again. If the problem persists, please cancel the process and try again later.

The Miele Cloud Service is temporarily unavailable or there is a fault in the communication.

Select the Retry button (several times if necessary).

The fault message closes and the Miele app tries to register the Miele domestic appliance again. If the Miele Cloud Service continues to report a fault, the fault message will open again.

If Retry is not successful, select Cancel process and restart the process at a later time.

If the domestic appliance has already been registered or is connected to the Wi-Fi, select the Continue later button.

The process is terminated.

If the Miele domestic appliance is displayed in the appliance overview, connect the domestic appliance from the appliance overview.

The domestic appliance is connected to a different user account.

Please note that Miele domestic appliances cannot be connected to different user accounts.

Select Cancel process.

Log out of the Miele app.

Log back in using the correct user account.

Check whether the Miele domestic appliance is displayed in the appliance overview. If the Miele domestic appliance is not displayed in the appliance overview, try the following steps.

Connect the Miele domestic appliance to your router via WPS. See the operating instructions of the Miele domestic appliance for more information.

Reset the network settings on the Miele domestic appliance to the factory defaults:

  • Select the Miele@home or Networking menu on the Miele domestic appliance.

  • Select the Reset menu.

    Additional information on resetting the network settings can be found in the operating instructions for the Miele domestic appliance.

  • Wait 15 minutes.

The Miele domestic appliance is removed from the old user account and can be assigned to a new user account and networked again.

Add the Miele domestic appliance again in the Miele app.

There is a technical problem.
