Location permission as of Android 6.0 and iOS 13.0

As of Android 6.0 and iOS 13.0, permission to access location information must be granted for the pairing wizard in the Miele app and the Scout app.

This permission is required as of Android 6.0 and iOS 13.0 in order to add a Wi-Fi-enabled domestic appliance in the Miele app (password entry in the app).
