The milk in the milk flask is too hot.
Always use cold milk (< 50°F/10°C).
The coffee machine does not dispense milk or milk froth.
Always use cold milk (< 50°F/10°C).
Carefully push the milk flask into the coffee machine as far as it will go.
Push the milk suction tube onto the milk flask lid as far as it will go.
Make sure that the milk suction tube is stuck on the milk flask lid.
Disassemble the milk valve. Proceed as follows:
Press the latches on the left and right-hand sides of the milk valve holder. Pull the holder forward to remove it.
Pull the stainless steel bolt upward and out.
Soak the stainless steel bolt in warm water and a little liquid dish soap.
Clean the stainless steel bolt thoroughly by hand or in the dishwasher.
Assemble the milk valve. Proceed as follows:
Insert the stainless steel bolt from above.
Insert the holder and silicone seal until they audibly click into place.
Make sure that the Rinse milk pipework automatic program is carried out in full.
