There is a fault in the AutoDos.
Check whether the PowerDisk holder and the PowerDisk have been installed correctly:
The arrows in the PowerDisk holder and in the viewing window must point toward each other.
The holder must lie flat.
The PowerDisk must lie flush.
Clean the Miele AutoDos system.
Activate the AutoDos function and restart the program.
If the fault message appears again, there is a technical fault.
You can continue to use your dishwasher by deactivating AutoDos in the “Options” menu of a program and manually dispensing detergent via the detergent compartment.
