Circulation pump blocked.
In longer breaks between wash/rinse cycles (lasting weeks or months at a time), or when commissioning for the first time, the pump may become dry and stick together.
Remove the filter combination from the wash cabinet.
Pour 1 liter of warm water (max. 165°F (75°C)) (caution: risk of scalding!) with 3 to 5 drops of rinse aid into the dishwasher interior and let soak for 5 minutes.
Then restart the program.
Repeat this step 2 to 3 times.
