If you open the door too quickly during a wash cycle, the spray arms will not stop turning right away. The spray arms will splash water from inside onto the outer parts of the door.
When the door is closed, the splash water will collect outside the seal and can drip onto the floor.
If possible, do not open the door while the dishwasher is running.
During operation, open the door as follows:
Open the door a fraction.
Wait a few seconds until the spray arms come to a stop.
Open the door fully.
