What is AirFry? (H 2xxx)

AirFry  is an operating mode on the H 2xxx ovens that produces crunchy and crispy results: Crunchy French fries or crispy poultry, for example, are cooked without adding fat. The food is cooked in the hot air stream.

The AirFry  operating mode (H 2xxx ovens) combines the Convection Bake and Browning operating modes with the relevant temperature.

AirFrying is a gentle method of cooking which achieves even, crispy results. AirFrying is therefore ideal for cooking frozen food such as French fries or potato croquettes.
