Once a Self Clean program is started, the grill and griddle will turn off and become inoperable.
This is not an error.
The Safety cut-out feature has been activated.
Turn the grill and griddle control knob to the off position.
At the end of the Self Clean program, you can turn the grill and griddle back on.
