Frozen food defrosting in freezer section

Frozen food is defrosting in the freezer section. It is too warm in the freezer section.

The refrigeration appliance is designed for certain ambient temperatures. The ambient temperature is lower than the temperature for which the refrigeration appliance is designed. The compressor in the refrigeration appliance works less often and the temperature in the freezer section rises.

Increase the room temperature to the minimum value specified in the operating instructions.
