Battery not charging/initial commissioning

The robot vacuum cleaner battery is not charging during initial commissioning.

The battery is at the voltage threshold. When the robot vacuum cleaner is connected to the charging station for the first time, the required battery voltage might not be reached during start-up. The battery does not charge.

Switch the robot vacuum cleaner off.

Slide the robot vacuum cleaner onto the charging station so that it is touching the charging contacts.

Take the robot vacuum cleaner off the charging station after 5 seconds.

Repeat both steps 5 times.

Leave the robot vacuum cleaner on the charging station to charge for a further 5 minutes.

Switch the robot vacuum cleaner on again.

The battery charging state indicator on the robot vacuum cleaner flashes.

Switch the robot vacuum cleaner off at the power button on the remote control (standby).

Now give the robot vacuum cleaner approx. 3–4 hours to fully charge.
