The robot vacuum cleaner is switched off.

Robot vacuum cleaner unresponsive
The robot vacuum cleaner does not respond to operation.
The signal between the infrared transmitter on the remote control and the receiver on the robot vacuum cleaner is broken.
Carefully clean the infrared transmitter and the receiver with a soft, dry cloth.
Make sure that no items disrupt the signal.
The receiver is located on the appliance between the program selection; see Fig. 2.
The batteries in the remote control have been inserted incorrectly.
Check the position of the batteries and make sure the polarity is correct; see Fig. 3.
The batteries in the remote control are empty.

The distance between the remote control and the robot vacuum cleaner is not ideal.
Increase or decrease the distance and when using the remote control direct it toward the robot vacuum cleaner.
The battery is empty.
Charge the battery at the base station or from the power-supply unit. The socket for the electrical plug is located right next to the ON/OFF switch; see Fig. 4.
