Residual water after functional test
Every steam oven undergoes a functional test in the factory, after which a residual amount of water remains in the hoses despite thorough suction. During transport, this residual water can sometimes leak into the oven compartment.
Clean the appliance thoroughly prior to first use, proceeding as follows:
Take the water container out of the steam oven and rinse it by hand.
Remove all accessories from the oven compartment.
Clean the accessories by hand or in the dishwasher.
Clean the oven compartment with a clean sponge and a solution of warm water and liquid dish soap.
