Operating noises
Noises when closing a hot steam oven can be caused by the following:
Steam escaping from the appliance when the door is open.
The walls of the oven compartment and the condensed water inside the appliance still being hot.
Cold air getting into the oven compartment when the door is closed again.
As the walls of the oven compartment are still very hot and the cold air heats up quickly, this air expands a great deal and very quickly.
The air flows through the steam outlet opening underneath the control panel and into the kitchen.
The current of water in the hose generated by the air flowing through it at high flow velocity create the noises that customers are hearing.
No remedy necessary.
