Water running down when door opened

When the door of the steam oven/combi-steam oven is opened during operation, water runs down the appliance.

When the door is opened during operation, the steam condenses and water is running down the appliance and into the nearby drawers or compartments.

This behavior is not a fault. Do not open the appliance door during operation.
