There is a technical fault.
Turn off the ventilation hood circuit breaker for at least 1 minute.
After the minute has elapsed, you can switch the circuit breaker on again.
Consult the operating instructions to check whether the ventilation hood has a main switch (switch labeled 0/1). If so, you can also disconnect the ventilation hood from the power supply using this switch.
