The bulb for the drum lighting is not properly installed.
Check whether the drum lighting bulb is properly installed:
Switch the washing machine off and disconnect it from the power supply.
Remove the lever from behind the detergent drawer panel.
Place the lever in the drum lighting slot.
Turn the lever clockwise until you feel it stop.
