After seeing the message “Cartridge 1 empty”, you have replaced the phase 1 cartridge and want to replace the phase 2 cartridge at the same time. When the phase 1 cartridge – which was reported as empty – is replaced, the value is automatically set to “Full” once the “Do you want to change the chemicals?” message is confirmed. Although a new phase 2 cartridge has been inserted, you have not been able to reset the fill level for the phase 2 cartridge.
In the Settings menu, change the detergent type to, e.g., multi-purpose detergent, under TwinDos/Detergent type.
Save this setting.
Turn off the washing machine using the program selector .
Turn the washing machine back on using the program selector .
Change the detergent type back to “Phase 1 and phase 2”.
Turn off the washing machine using the program selector .
Turn the washing machine back on using the program selector .
After the detergent quantity settings have been set, the fill level is corrected to “Full”.
This is subject to a full cartridge being inserted.
You can also set the phase 1 cartridge to “Full” by following the same steps.
