Appliance not connected to Miele app after update

After an update, the appliance is no longer connected to the Miele app.

The security key is either invalid or has expired.

The secure connection between your networked Miele appliance and the Miele server has been interrupted or has become invalid.

Establish a new connection. To do so, proceed as follows:

  1. Manually log out of the Miele app via Profile > Profile settings > Log out ….

  2. Log in again via Login/Register > Login.

When the user logs back in, the security key is regenerated and the Miele appliance is displayed again in the Miele app.
