Fault code 3.3.7 Failed to add Miele appliance

The attempt to add a Miele appliance in the Miele app stops and fault code 3.3.7 is displayed. The app was unable to find the Miele appliance on the Wi-Fi network. The following text is displayed in the app: “We were unable to find your Miele appliance on your Wi-Fi network. Please try again. If the problem persists, please go back to the second step.” Or “We were unable to find your Miele appliance on your Wi-Fi network. Please try again. If the problem persists, please go back to the second step. Alternatively, you can search for the appliance based on the IP address.” For iOS 14, an additional message is displayed: “Please check that “local network” permission has been granted in your smartphone settings.”

The Miele appliance is already connected to a different Miele user account. A Miele appliance that is already connected can only be connected to one Miele user account.

Check if the appliance you are trying to network is already connected to a Miele user account with a different email address.

Log in with the correct user account.
