There is an object between the browning unit and the standing surface.
As soon as the browning unit encounters resistance from an object with a diameter of more than 3/8" (10 mm) between the browning unit and the standing surface, the retraction process is aborted. The browning unit automatically moves back up by approx. 3/8" (10 mm).
Remove the obstruction.
Fully retract the browning unit.
