The front wheel is dirty.
Clean the front wheel of the robot vacuum cleaner as follows:
Place the robot vacuum cleaner upside down on a level, clean surface.
Unlock the cover and remove the front wheel.
Remove any threads and hairs, then clean the front wheel with the brush end of the cleaning brush.
Replace the front wheel and close the cover, making sure it clicks into place.
