Multiple devices controlling the robot vacuum cleaner

A robot vacuum cleaner can also be operated by multiple mobile devices.

Each smartphone must be linked to the robot vacuum cleaner separately at home.

However, if 2 devices attempt to access the robot vacuum cleaner at the same time, only 1 of these devices may control the robot vacuum cleaner.

If the robot vacuum cleaner is being operated via the Miele Cloud, the same account must be registered on both devices.

In the case of a Miele robot vacuum cleaner with Home Vision, the robot vacuum cleaner and the device must be located on the same Wi-Fi network on one occasion in order to activate the Home Vision function.
