Fault F10
Fault F10 is shown on the display of the steam oven/combi-steam oven. Water inlet fault.
The black suction hose in the water container is not inserted correctly or not vertical.
The black suction hose in the water container is missing or is not secure.
Reattach the suction hose correctly.
Correct the position of the suction hose.
If the suction hose is missing, leaking, or faulty (e.g., cracks), it must be replaced.

You use an osmosis system in your home.
If an osmosis system is in operation, it may reduce the conductivity of the water. The water hardness must be at least 1 gpg/1 °dH (= 30 µS per cm = 15 ppm). If the conductivity of the water is too low, the electrode in the steam generator will not detect the water. Fault F10 (no level) is displayed.
Check whether the osmosis system can be switched off.
Add a pinch of salt to the water in the water container to increase the conductivity.
