Fault F20

Fault F20 is shown on the display of the steam oven/combi-steam oven. The steam oven/combi-steam oven is not getting hot.

For all DG/DGC/DGM: The fault can occur if, for example, a large quantity of frozen food is being prepared.

If the oven compartment does not increase by at least 35°F (2°C) within 5 minutes at the start of the heating-up phase, F20 appears in the display.

Switch the appliance off and on again, and restart the program.

Push the water container into the appliance until it engages.

Switch the appliance off and then back on again.
