The laundry or the washing machine smells unpleasant.
Run a 205°F (95°C) wash program and add some machine cleaner.
Make sure that you wash at a temperature of at least 165°F (75°C) at least once a month.
Do not use color detergent or liquid detergent all the time. Alternatively, add bleaching agent regularly.
Try a different detergent.
Check the detergent amount dispensed. The dispensing quantity will depend on the degree of soiling of the laundry, load size, and water hardness.
Use dispensing aids, (e.g., dispenser balls) if these are supplied with the detergent, particularly when using liquid detergent.
Check the standard dispensing quantity.
